Michael Deangelo Howard

Michael DeAngelo Howard, 48 of Wilmington, DE died suddenly on March 9, 2011 in his Wilmington residence.

He was born Dec. 30, 1962 to parents Frederick A. Howard and Betty Jean Smiley-Howard. In his early childhood years he was very athletic. He attended Howard High School and after high school he worked for the City of Wilmington for 10 years as a sanitation worker.

He is preceded in death by parents, Frederick A. Howard and Betty Jean Smiley-Howard a brother, Sean Lewis and grandfather, Theodricke Smiley, Sr.

He is survived by his son , Michael Howard Sullivan, his sister Annette Howard-Graves, brother-in-law, William Graves, brother, Jermaine Lewis, his nephew, O'Mar K. Saunders, Sr. , great nephew, O'Mar K.Saunders, Jr. his great niece, London Saunders, a devoted friend of many years, Lorraine Wilson. He was also especially loved by his grandmother, Essie Mae Smiley who he spent a great deal with in his early childhood years. He had a host of uncles, aunts and cousins that loved him as well.
