Phyllis V. Brooks-Wise departed this life August 3, 2011 to be with the Lord. The daughter of the late Willamay Hightower and Louis Brooks. Preceded by Alfred Brooks and son Charles Brooks. Survived by husband Sylvester Wise, mother-in-law, Juanita Wise, brothers, George Brooks; siblings, Michael Brooks, Earnestine Brooks, Shawn Brooks, Myron Gibbs, Antoinette Griffin, Phyllis Gibbs, Antoinette Gibbs, 21 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, a host of family and friends. Services will be held Wed. Aug 10, at New Pentecostal U.H.C.A. Church, 721 North Monroe St., Wilm.,DE. Viewing 9-11 am with services at 11 am.
