age 94 of Newark, DE passed February 19, 2012 at Churchmans Village Nursing Home.
She is survived by her son, Otis Price(Catherine) of Newark, DE, daughter Doris Rice(James)of Terre Haute, IND, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and a host of friends and love ones.
A private memorial will be held on Saturday February 25, 2012 by the family.
