Donald is survived by his mother Rosetta Taylor(Arthur) his father Joe Arrington of Salisbury, MD 4 brothers Bernard R Jones Wilm, DE Joe Jr. and James Arrington Salisbury MD Mark Arrington Baltimore, MD; 2,sisters Jonice and Charday Arrington of Baltimore,MD stepdaughter Paula Lambert. Funeral services will be Tuesday September 18th at Mother U.A.M.E. Church 701 E 5th st Wilm DE viewing 9-11 services 11am
