Mrs. Portia A. Smith, age 66, of Wilmington, DE, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2012.

Mrs. Smith was born in Wilmington on December 27, 1945, daughter of late Alfred Anderson and Alois Thomas.

She is survived by her daughter Constance Cooper, son Larry Anderson (Lashetta), 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grand children, 6 sisters, 4 brothers and a host of nieces and nephews.

Home going service will be held at Bethal A.M.E Church at 602 N. Walnut St, Wilmington, DE. Viewing will be held from 9-11 am,Service,11am on Friday November 9, 2012.
