Viewing for family and freinds will be held on Friday January 4, 2012 at Victory Christian Fellowship, 100 Wilton Blvd. New Castle, DE from 9-11 am followed by a homegoing service at 11 am. Burial, DE Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
