departed this life in Dallas, TX on June 28, 2013. He leaves to cherish his memory , his wife, Betty J. Carter, Mother, Melvina Perry, Children, Wendy Wilson-Banner, Todd A. Wilson, Tyrone I. Carter, Jr. & Terris I. Carter. He also leave to cherish seven-teen grand children, ten great-grand children, three sisters, three brothers and two God Children. Home going services will be held at St. Paul UAME Church, 3114 North Market Street, Wilmington, DE Monday July 8, 2013. Viewing 9:00-10:30am. Service will be held at 11:00am.
