age 71 passed away June 28, 2013. A memorial service will be held on Thursday July 11, 2013 at the Episcopal Church of Saints Andrew and Saint Matthew, 719 North Shipley Street Wilmington, Delaware at 6:00 PM. Interment will be at the Delaware Veteran Memorial Cemetery in Bear, Delaware. Burial will be private.
