Marguerite C. Bell Wright "Retsie"

Marguerite C. Bell Wright "Retsie", age 93 wife of the late William E. Wright, Sr. was called from labor to reward on Thursday, February 13, 2014.

She was a life long resident of Wilmington and retired from the Bell Funeral Home after 45 years of excellent, dignified and caring service as a secretary for her late uncle's establishment.

She was preceded in death by her mother, F. Irene Bell Taylor, her father, Frank Webb, spouse, William E. Wright, Sr. & 3 granddaughters, Denise, Virginia, and Aprille Wright.

She leaves to cherish precious memories, 2 sons, Samuel Bell and William Wright, Jr., 4 grand daughters, Cheris Allen(John), Deborah Thomas, Marsheila Conquest(Daniel) & Dawn Matthews, all of Wilmington, DE, 11 great grands, 19 great great grands, 1 great great great granddaughter, 1 sister in law, Pearl Blackwell, 1 brother in law, Robert Bias, both of Delaware. a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, a devoted friend who was like a sister, M. Novella Fasset, special life long friends, Ellen Gardner & JoAnn Conyer, former Bell Funeral Home Staff, other relatives & friends.

Celebration service will be Wednesday February 19, 2014 at Mother AUFCMP Church, 812 N. Franklin Street, Wilmington, DE. Viewing 5-7 pm only, service at 7pm. Interment, Thursday at The Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
