Paul Irvin Starkey
71, of Wilmington, DE went home to be with the Lord on March 22, 2015 at the Regency Nursing Home surrounded by loved ones.
He leaves to cherish his memories wife Diane Starkey, two daughters Tiffany Dineen and Tia Banks, two grandchildren Amiyn Dineen and Saria Banks. One sister Shirley Lands (George) of Columbia, MD, a devoted friend Brenda Ward and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Service, Monday, March 30, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at Mother UAME Church, 701 E 5th Street, Wilm., DE. Viewing 9-11:00 a.m., Interment Private.
