Betty V. Payne
age 83, transitioned to her heavenly home on Aug. 4, 2015 at Heartland Hospice.
She leaves to cherish memories her children; S. Burlyn Smith(James) of Mobile, AL, Ronald D.Payne, Keith W. Payne(Sharrine), Rev. Tracy B. Payne(Iris), Carla D.Payne(Robert) and daughter who was her
caregiver, Betty J. Payne and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth C. Payne.
Homegoing celebration will be held on Saturday August 8, 2015 at 10 AM. Viewing, 8-10am, Cornerstone Fellowship Baptist Church, 20 W. Lea Blvd., Wilm.,DE. Interment, Gracelawn Cemetery
