On Sunday February 5, 2017, Carl L. Ross passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends.
Funeral service will be held 11 am on Friday February 17, 2017 at St. Paul U.A.M.E. Church, 3114 N. Market St. Wilmington, DE.Viewing 9-11 am only. Interment will take place on February 21, 2017 at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear, DE.
