James B. Davis, II of Wilmington Delaware passed Sunday April 2, 2017.
James was an entrepreneur with his own t-shirt design business; and he inherited his love of horticulture from his parents that led him to tree service work.
James was a graduate from McKean High School, where he was the defensive back and defensive tackle on the football field, #71. He was also the administrator of the Thomas McKean Friends Group on Facebook, and a student at Delaware State University.
Jimmy was fiercely supportive and loyal to his family and friends. He leaves behind his sisters Sheila (James), Terri (Terry), Lynne and Leslie; his nieces and nephews Chris, Jessica (Ian), Victoria, Tanti, Alexander, James, Jehoshua, Ah’Shya, Tammy, Shiloh and Selah; special friend Cortney Smith and family, and his favorite furry buddy Taji, who he lovingly called Baba.
Homegoing celebration will be held on Friday April 21, 2017 at Mother UAME Church, 701 E. 5th Street, Wilm.,DE. Viewing 9-11,service,11 am. Interment, Gracelawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
