Lisa Elizabeth Reed

Lisa E. Reed daughter of Virginia and Joseph Reed was born February 15, 1967 in Wilmington, DE. Lisa was educated in the Claymont/ Wilmington Public Schools and graduated from Brandywine High School in 1985. Lisa attended Phillips School of Cosmetology and later attended Barbizon School of Modeling where she became a professional model.

Lisa worked at Corporation Trust and at the time of her passing Lisa was an Advertisement Specialist.

Lisa is survived by her parents, Virginia and Joseph Reed; sons, Christopher Reed( Tiana McNeil), Steven McCoy(Angelica), granddaughter, Amiyah Reed, sister Michelle Stallings(Eric), brother, David(Preston) Reed. Adopted aunt, Jean Howie, godchildren; Tianna Mayfied , Shanel Stallings, Taylor, Tyler,Tahj Davis, 2 nieces, Shanel Stallings, Amy Reed, 1 nephew, David Reed, Jr. and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Lisa was preceded in death by a sister, Michelle Reed , maternal grandparents, Rev. Amy Dixon and Walter Dixon, paternal grandparents, Ella Reed and Joseph Reed, Sr.

A celebration of her life will be held, Saturday June 3, 2017 at 10 am, viewing 8am-10 am, Mother UAME Church 701 E. 5th St. Wilm.,DE 19801. Interment, Gracelawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
