Marlene E. Newman

The daughter of the late Joseph and Jacqueline Newman, was born on June 2, 1944 in Wilmington, DE. She departed this life on Wednesday, December 25, 2019.

Marlene was a sister of Barry, Annette and Yvonne, aunt, friend and faithful Christian with a big heart. She would sow seed in many ministries and believed that as she sowed it would be measured back to her. She enjoyed reading, studying the Bible, watching her old black and white TV shows and shopping. She was an entrepreneur, owning and operating her own bakery and was a successful seamstress.

Interment will be held on Monday January 20, 2020 at 10:30 am at Gracelawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
