Stephan L. Fullman "Brother Foots"

Stephan L. Fullman also affectionately known as “Foots” was born September 20, 1958 in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Wilmington, DE to the late Marion Livingston and James (Jim Dandy) Pritchett.  On September 27, 2021 he was called home to be with the Lord.
Brother Foots received his education in the Delaware Public School system.  He was a longstanding employee of Bell funeral home and many other funeral homes throughout the entire Tri-State area as a under taker. He also served as a devoted armor-bearer for Joshua Harvest Church under Pastor Derrick Johnson and was a member of the Thunderguards Motorcycle Club. When Brother Foots was not spending time with his church family or the Thunderguards he dedicated all of his time to his children. Anyone who knew Brother Foots knew he would go the end of the world and back FOR ALL OF HIS CHILDREN!!
Brother Foots was a man of strong conviction he never hesitated to share jokes, tell a ‘long story”, give great advice or keep your most precious secrets.  He is the mechanic that everyone called on even though it took days to change a tire or replace a part. He was awesome singer that could not carry a tune.
Brother Foots was preceded in death by his father James Pritchett, mother Marion Livingston, brother Gerald Livingston and sister Gloria Loper.
Brother Foots leaves to cherish his memory Marianne Fullman,
Children; Glenda Anderson-Hunter, Stephanie Crawley, John JR McIver, Khalil White, LaCria Mangrum, Stephan Jakai White and Jahlil White.
He also leaves his bonus children Latisha Hall-Pacheco, Trina Hall, Mia Hall, Kenae(Boyer) Black, Antionette Watson, Donnae (Boober) Park, Thainyce Miller, Sunni Rollins, Rashan (Jason) Baul.
Siblings Belinda Wisher, Brian; Angela, Darryl and Valerie Livingston, Kim Lockhart, Jim Lockhart, Tammy Hall, Marchere Pritchett, Danaysha Medley-Palmer and Santwan Williams. A total of 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  .
He also leaves to cherish his memory a devoted partner Evelyn Smith, devoted friends Ruben Waller, Ron Husseir, Shelton Thomas, Eddie Carter, Deborah Thomas, Derrick Johnson, Margaret (Cookie) Melton, Arlene (Mother Love) Eaddy- Beard and a host of other family and fr

A celebration of life for Stephan L. Fullman "Brother Foots"  will be the viewing on Wednesday October 6, 2021, 4-8pm. On Thursday October 7, 2021 a viewing will be held from 12- 2 pm. The service will start at 2:15 pm. Both Wednesday and Thursday viewings and service will be held at  the Congo's Legacy Center 501 West 28th Street, Wilmington, DE 19802.

Masks are mandatory for all in attendance.
